Water/ Fluid requirements

The amount of water you need to take is based on your body weight. Tell us your current body weight and learn how much water intake is essential for you.


Please note the total daily water intake should be increased if body fluid losses are increased with excessive perspiration. Also caffeine intake leaches water from the body. To find out how much additional water you need to take, enter the total number of cups of tea/coffee/aerated beverages you consume daily.
